Description



This hands-on workshop is appropriate for staff and faculty in academic departments who will schedule classes using UAccess Student, the University's new student administration software.



You will learn how to schedule and update your classes, including classes with multiple components such as labs and discussion sections. You will also set up combined classes and customize class preferences.



You will be provided a copy of the training guide in the workshop, but you are welcome to download a copy any time: Download Training Guide.

The Course Scheduling and Catalog group on the Mosaic Community is the place to ask questions and get the latest information on scheduling classes through UAccess Student: Visit the Mosaic Community Course Scheduling Group.
(Note: If you are not already a member of the Mosaic Community, you will need to request membership.)
