DescriptionWHO IS THIS FOR?You should review this material if you are a Time Reporter at the University new to UAccess Employee, the University's time reporting system. We have four options for how you review this content. You are free to use any or all of these resources. The choice is yours. OPTION ONE: QUICK VIDEOSThese videos cover the basics of filling out your timesheet as a Positive Time Reporter or an Exception Time Reporter (including how to report Presence at Work). OPTION TWO: ONLINE TUTORIALSAll of the content from these videos and basics on how to navigate UAccess Employee is also available online. When you are prompted to login, use your UA NetID and password. And, use My Roles to filter to the Time Reporter content. You will need to use Internet Explorer (best) or Firefox to view these tutorials. Launch UAccess Employee Online Tutorials (Click here for an orientation video on how to use the online tutorials.) OPTION THREE: PRINTED MATERIALYou can download a booklet version of the materials that are covered in the online tutorials and the live demo.
