DescriptionDESCRIPTIONThis workshop introduces attendees to building reports and dasboards in UAccess Analytics, the University's new report and dashboard creating tool. This is a basic hands-on session, appropriate for people who will be creating ad hoc Requests and basic Dashboards in Analytics. Note: This session is NOT an orientation to the shared Employee Dashboards. It is a hands-on session designed to teach you how to build your own requests and dashboards. For an orientation to Shared Dashboards, please visit our Shared Dashboards page. ONLINE RESOURCESMost of the material covered in this workshop is also available in a web-based tutorial form. You are welcome to complete the online tutorials in addition to the live workshop or in lieu of it. Use your NetID and password when you are prompted to login. You will need to use Internet Explorer (best) or Firefox to view these tutorials. Launch UAccess Analytics Online Tutorials (Click here for an orientation video on how to use the online tutorials.) PREREQUISITESAttendees do not need to have any previous experience with Analytics; however, attendees should be familiar with the basic concepts of report writing, including filtering, sorting, and formatting data. This workshop fulfills the prerequisite requirements for UAccess Analytics--Advanced Reports and Dashboards.
