The 24/7 IT Support Center is the first point of contact for many IT applications and services at the University of Arizona. Our IT staff are available seven days a week (excluding University holidays) and are ready to help address any computer or technical concerns you have! We want to make sure that you are prepared to pursue your University of Arizona degree. Whether you need help logging into a class or you need a virus removed from your computer, you can contact the team at our support desk for assistance.
Location & Hours
We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! The only exceptions are University observed holidays.
Christmas, New Year, and Holiday Closure Hours:
Friday, December 23 closed at 6:00pm
Closed Saturday, December 24 and Sunday, December 25
Monday, December 26 through Friday, December 30 open 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Closed Saturday, December 31 through Monday, January 2
Tuesday, January 3 open for normal hours begining at 7:00 a.m.
We are located in the Martin Luther King, Jr. Building, 1322 E. 1st Street.
Right on the corner of Mountain Ave. and 1st Street. Use your CatCard for building admittance between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
