Designated Campus Colleagues (DCC) Accounts

Overview   DCC

The University is generously supported by Designated Campus Colleagues (DCCs), which include affiliates, associates, volunteers, and interns who contribute their time, services, and expertise to help the University accomplish its missions of teaching, research, and service. 
 
Departments are responsible for maintaining DCCs within UAccess Manager Self Service and ensuring applicable agreements and forms are complete. 
 
DCCs may be eligible for UA privileges by virtue of their relationship with the University. Systems Control maintains a chart outlining this information and resources for processing DCCs in UAccess. 
 
DCCs accounts are available for those individuals not represented by an official record in the UAccess employee or student systems and who may require temporary privileges as deemed necessary by an affiliated University of Arizona department, school, or college.
